Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Because we work with trusted global suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product’s origin.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

  • Please note that delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at [insert email address], and we’ll assist you in locating your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or email confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care items

  • Intimate apparel

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the correct return address (please do not send items back to the original shipping label).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
